Step 8 - Gratuity  We never bill for gratuity. We believe gratuity is a gift for good service.  Gratuity is given directly to the staff at the end of the event if you are completely happy with your service. Standard gratuity is 15% to 20%.  15% operation fee and 8.1% sales tax is added to all events.
