Please read the following information very carefully prior to filling out the tasting planner:

Tastings are designed to give you a feel for the quality of food, presentation and service we will provide at your event.

Clients who are already booked with us are invited to join us. Potential clients that have already been in for a proposal and have not yet secured the date are also welcome to attend. Reservations are required. You are invited to attend ONE tasting. Please fill out the form below. We will call prior to the tasting to confirm your reservation time.

Please limit your reservation to a maximum of 4 people.

If you have not yet met with an event specialist, please fill out the website interest form and call to schedule and appointment for a consultation prior to the tasting. We will secure a reservation for the tasting when you come in for your consultation.

There will be a nice selection of entrees from the buffet and table served menus, our spectacular sides, hors d'ouerves, wedding cake and decadent deserts. We cannot provide all the items we offer at our tastings. Feel free to suggest items you would like to see the chef prepare for your tasting and we will do our best to include them.

Note: The cost for the Tasting is $25 per guest. Payment is due at time reservation is made. Up to 4 reservations will be credited to your final contract at time of finalization. The cost of the tasting will be deducted from your contract if you are booked with us when the event occurs. Please limit your stay with us to 1 hour as we have the new reservations coming in. We look forward to having you.
